Two target players to begin in the circle. Target players are to receive and respond in tight spaces.

Progression 1: 1-touch passing back to Outside players

Progression 2: targets receive and COD through cones to release to another Outside player.

Attacking team looks to create an opportunity from the center with quick possession, switching the field quickly and spreading the Defensive 4 players. Coach serves the ball in to start play. If defense wins the ball they attempt to play to the two target players up field.
