Passing Patterns (15 mins)

A passes to B and receives it back. B then gives the ball to A who turned and moved away from defender for a shot on a small goal.

D then passes the ball to C who takes a few touches and plays a splitting pass to A who ran around defnder to receive pass for a shot.

Rotation = A to B, B to C, C to oppostie line

Zonal Game

Two teams split into 4 zones. Try to pass the ball throgh opposing zones without playing th eball in the air. Once the ball is in the attacking zone, the players can either shoot or pass to a player moving forward.
