10 metre square with a 2 metre diamond.
The defender in the middle has to defend his diamond. The idea is for the players on the edge of the square to quickly pass the ball around the square in order to allow a shot through the diamond.
The outer players can pass either way or diagonal but it will require quick accurate passes to work the defender around his diamond to enable a shot.
the defender isnt allowed to run through the middle of the diamond.
We play this for 2 minutes a man and the winner is the player to concede the least number of goals.
