Method:
18 players. Ball played into red team who try and get 5 passes in a 6v2 situation, once they succeed they Transfer the ball across to blue team and two new black team players try and win it back. If they succeed in winning it back then they swap with the team that lost it who then become the defending team. Put 1 touch condition to increase difficulty.
Coaching Points:
Keep the ball moving quickly, good decision making. Good first touch, good combination play. Width and depth, angle and distance of support.

Method:
Attacking 9v9 game with transition to defend with emphasis on midfield and front unit. patient build up play.
Coaching Points:
Quality possession, Midfield players starting position(different levels and passing lanes) Front unit (width &depth) , GK and CBs utilise 3v1 situation to create opportunities to play into midfield, Midfield movement to create time and space to open body out to play forward. Good combination play between midfield and forward unit. Forward unit make runs in behind. Angled and straight runs.

Method:
11v11 Creating overloads in various areas of the pitch. Good movement off the ball and good combination play allowing you to work out scoring opportunities.
Coaching Points:
Movement on and off the ball. Create overloads in wide areas. Movement away from the ball to create space for team mates to move into. Quality of passing, width, depth & angles of support. Good combination play. Good end product.

Method:
