Session Objective: To improve heading
Organisation:
Players in threes(A).1 throws ball to 2 who heads over(big head) to 3 who does cushion header (little head) back to 1 who catches ball.1 then passes to 3 who does big header to 2 who does little header back to 1 who catches ball and so on After a while rotate players.
Development.(B) As above but when ball returned to 1 he heads back to 3 with a little header and 3 plays big head to 2 who plays little head to 3 who plays back little head to 1 who plays big head to 34 and so on and passing routine develops.takes time but its good fun.
Development 3 The Morrison Challenge!!Player 1 serves to 2 back to 1 then to 3 back to 2, on to 4 .back to 3 and so on -try to get to end of a line of 10 or so players, then try to get as many as possible.Good fun to finish,

Server serves ball and player comes on to it to head.Initially power .Than add cones to get direction.Player has to knock cone over to score.

2 appropriate sized goals.Balls by side of goals.
Game starts by goalkeeper feeding .
Player must throw then next player heads and next player catches.Try to combine using throw head catch to score with header.

A. Players throw ball for return header in turn around square
B.One ball on outside.Player serving shouts to indicate direction centre player must direct ball -back-left-right-return.Player in middle heads in direction demanded.
C.One ball now with centre player.He throws to outside player who returns headed pass(1).Then develop ;outside player plays to other outside player then back to centre (2).
