Organization: 3 areas of 15x15, cones, hurdles, rings, pylons, nets
Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, big/little hops, star/pencil jumps, fast feet....
Instructions: Food week
Activity 1- 7min: U3 and 4 together play a game of hot dog.
Activity 2- 7min: Players dribble around area and pick up smarties by colour and place in the coloured ring that matches. After all the smarties are picked up players must score on both goals, while the coach disperses the cones.
Activity 3- 7min: Player dribbles to pick up a cone to make an ice cream cone (ball on the inverted cone) and brings it back to give to the coach. Then they toss their ball to the coach who tosses it back and they go to make another ice cream cone.
Final Game- 7 min: U3- Red light green light, on red light players must stop the ball with various bdy parts, foot, knee, elbow, bum, forehead....
U4- play 2v2 or 3v3 games

Organization: Cones, hurdles, nets as shown on areas of 15x15
Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, rocket hops, helicopter twists, fast feet....
Instructions: Flying day
Activity 1- 7min: Agility flying, use rings, hurdles, pylons, continual run with coaches directing players as needed flying around the circuit.
Activity 2- 7min: Players follow the coach dribbling/ flying around the circle. Stop players with commands"rev your engine (fast feet)" "put on your breaks (soccer pose)", "take off (dribble to a net and score)" . Run for a few minutes then change the direction.
Activity 3- 7min: Players dribble their ball around area and on coaches command "fly to a tree" they go to a cone and stop before the coach can steal their ball. They continue to dribble when coach says "fly". Other commands will be "fly to the yellow,red, blue cage" where they are safe from the coach.
Final Game- 7min: U3- Cat and birds (same as sharks and minnows).
U4 split players up and play 2v2 or 3v3.

Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, poles and flags for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed. After a few times have races.
Activity 2- 7min: Players dribble around area and pick up shapes by colour and place in the coloured cone shape that matches. Next players pick up the shapes called out and put them in the matching cone shape.
Activity 3- 7min: Player dribbles to pick up a cone to make an ice cream cone (ball on the inverted cone) and brings it back to give to the coach. Then they toss their ball to the coach who tosses it back and they go to make another ice cream cone.

Week 9 (45 mins)

Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, swimming strokes, splash feet....
Instructions: Colour/ fish week
Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, pylons for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed.
Activity 2- 7min: Players dribble around and pick up hats by colour specified by the coach and drop them in the matching colorured ring. Coach can remove cones and scatter again to keep the activity going.
Activity 3- 7min: Players will either be bowling or passing through the hurdles to score on goal. For the bowling start with players close enough they can knock over the pylons with a kick, allow each player 2 turns to get them down. Progress to the player throwing the ball to the coach, they throw it back and the player can roll the ball at the pylons or through the hurdles.
Final Game- 7min: U3- play sharks and minnows with the ball.
