Organization:
3 channels 10x20yds. 3 players per channel, plus extra numbers in line (L).
Instructions:
Attacker (A) plays double pass with Defender (D). Defender then applies pressure. (A) looks to break defensive line with 1st touch or other moves to create space and then shoot on goalkeepeer (GK) on the opposite side.
Rotation: A-D-GK-A. or A-D-GK-L-A if more than 3 per channel.
Learning Outcomes V-Move
Recognition of space closed out by defender
1st touch looking to exploit space
Direction and distance of final touch
Recognition that space is in behind defender
Use defenders momentum against them
Over exaggerate body motion to help fake defender
Toe part of the sole to drag ball back/across (dependent on pressure)
Outside of the foot pushing the ball away
End product
Learning Outcomes L-Turn
Recognition of space in behind defenders
Identification of next action (based on space, team mates defenders, goal)
Movement of ball to unbalance defender
Distance of next touch to help with next action
Over-exaggeration of the arms to fake
Sole of the ball on the top of the ball to drag back, inside to drag across
Non-kicking hopping forward to create space for ball to come out
Angle of body to help with angle of final touch
End product
Coaching Points:
1st touch to break line of pressure or manipulate defenders positioning?
Option 1: Play forwards early.
Option 2: If penetrating pass is denied, use V-Move/L-Turn to create space to play forwards.

Organization:
3 channels 10x20yds. 4 players per channel, plus extra numbers in line (L).
Instructions:
Attacker (A) plays double pass with Defender (D). Defender then applies pressure. (A) looks to break defensive line with 1st touch or other moves to create space and then shoot on goalkeepeer (GK) on the opposite side. Bouncer (B) will provide support on sideline.
Rotation: A-B-D-GK-A. or A-B-D-GK-L-A if more than 3 per channel.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Driving at defender (commit them)
Observation of defenders position! What are they giving you?
Blocking the path ahead – play support player
Technical application – outside of foot (better angle of pass) keeps out of defenders radius
Disguise pass (outside, no look, body fake)
Defenders body shape? Flat, then nutmeg is on
Covering half and half – Pass or move
If passing then it’s a straight pass (toe) with a diagonal run (depending on space in behind defender)
Move – look to attack defenders front foot to off balance them
Movement of support player, overlap?
Is the dribbling player dictating the movement or is the support player?!

Organization:
20x30yds field. big goals. 6yds free zone at center of field.
Instructions:
3 equally matched teams of 4. Red, Blue and Yellow pinnies. Yellow (Y) provides 2 GK and 2 Bouncers on sides. When a Bouncer receives the ball it cannot be pressure and has 5 seconds to return the ball to the same team. Bouncers cannot shoot on Goal. Red and Bluen 4v4. First one in diamond shape gets the ball.
safety instruction: GK should not try to receive strong shots with open hands. Punch the ball with side of hand.
Introduce Conditions: Introduce Free Zone. When starting from back, the team on the ball must have 3 players in back. Only 1 player from attacking team can be on Free Zone at a time, and when on the ball must penetrate (shoot and follow, pass and incorporate, or dribble in) within 5 secomds. No defenders on Free Zone.
Rotation: When a goal is scored, winner stays on and the other 2 teams switch. If there are no goals scored after 5 shots on goal, 3rd teams call the game and decides who to swtch with.
Coaching Points/Questions:
How many players can you incorporate into the attack?
How much space do you need to penetrate (shoot, pass, dribble)?
Quick Decision. No decision is wrong. Try it! If you like it, take it!!!
Regressions/Progressions:
Allow defenders on the Free Zone. Keep conditions on attack.
Allow bouncers to shoot or incorporate.

Instructions:
Find a partner. One ball per partners. Player of the ball dribbles attempting to separate from pressuring defender. When attacker feels it has enough separation, fakes a shot and says "shot!" and they both freeze. If the defender cannot touch the attacker from freeze position, the attacker gets a point. If the defender can touch the attacker, the attacker looses a point. Switch roles after every freeze. Attackers also loose points if they run into somebody else or if ball gets out of bounds.
