Players will be in pairs with 1 ball per pair. Each pair will also get their own channel, which will be around 5 yards wide.
The objective of the race is to get from one end to the other while passing. The ONLY rule is you can't move when you have the ball at your feet. First pair to get to the end wins, once a race is done walk back to the start and it can restart.
Coaching Points:

Partner Passing 3 Lane
In groups of 2 with 1 ball per pair.
Players will be passing back and forth, however each pass must be in a different lane (there is a right, middle and left lane divided by cones). To do this, players must receive the ball and move with their touch to a different lane before they pass the ball back.
Coaching Points:
- Angle of approach
- Locked ankle
- Using the inside of our foot to pass and striking the middle of the ball
- Using the inside of our foot to receive the ball so that we can continue to move afterwards
