Decription: Y passing pattern to goal (Player rolls ball out with sole of foot to start action)

Coaching Points:

1) Two Actions: Step in and then out/Drop and then Go Deep

2) Pass and recieve on second leg at all stations

3) Weight/accuracy of pass

4) Finish: low to 1st or second post

Coaching Points:

1) Body mechanics of shot: ankle locked, weight through and past ball, shoulders and head over ball, knee into chest, land on striking foot)
