1. Warm up. Rozgrzewka (20')

In a 30x20m grid with any number of cones the Players move around the grid and randomly pass the ball to each other. There should be a minimum of three balls per 12 Players. After passing the ball, the Player sprints to any cone and does a two footed jump side to side, then returns to the grid. All the variations from the first exercise can be used.
