Devolping quick play
Organisation:
Area 30x20 with half way line 3 target players one in one area 2 in other 4v3 in one 3v2 in other play starts with gk who looks to play out players are encouraged to play ball to target player with as few touches as possible target man plays to team who passed ball then player can look too transfer ball to other half were play resumes .Progression can only hit target player with one touch and it can not go back to player who passed it
