Players line up in equal groups start with side steps once they get to cone they have to sprint the diagonal then jog backwards to other cone then sprint to where they started and keep repeating for 5mins with 30seconds break then repeat twice
As players get fitter you can up the time they do it for from 5mins to 7-10min
