Organization:
1. 20x10 yard channel.
2. One channel per three players.
3. One ball per group of three.
Instructions:
1. Inside outside touches to th middle. U-turn, pass to next player. Backpedal to the end. Jog to the back of the line.
2. Right foot for 90 seconds. Left foot for 90 seconds.
Coaching Points:
1. Inside outside- ball should be moving diagonally forward not straight.
2. Can U-turn roll in the direction you're passing.
3. Bend the knees on the backpedal. Short quick steps.
Progressions:
1. Add two cones as defender's feet. to move around.

Organization & Instructions:
1. Play 3v3 with puggs in a 20x30 yard area.
Coaching Points:
1. Play with head up.
2. Messi touch when space is tight.
3. Perform a stop start when pressure is on the side.

Ball Mastery/Knockout (15 mins)
Organization:
1. All players with a ball inside the grid.
Instructions:
1. Begin with ball mastery. Players should get a lot of touches on the ball.
2. Layer in restrictions
-Only use your right/left foot
-Only use the inside/outside/sole of the foot
-Messi/Ronaldo touches
-Add in specfic turns/moves
3. Once players are warmed up, begin with a few rounds of knockout
Coaching Points:
Knockout:
1. Head up to observe potential threats.
2. Use changes in direction/speed to avoid losing your ball.
3. After a round or two, introduce the tactic of shielding the ball to prevent it being kicked away.
-Keep your body between your ball and any opponents
4. Don't play defensive, try to win!
Progressions:
1. You are automatically out if you leave your ball to attack someone elses
