Organization:

-Windows clearing activation 

-any clearing surface back to player on outside-- header, inside of foot, laces

 -rd 2 inside of foot to 2nd player on outside followed by headers

Objective:

-foot eye coordination

-improve clearing surface and contact

-discuss up and away 

-organize feet and not reach

Clearing (10 mins)

Organization:

-2 goals, 2 servers

-coach serves in red team clears, clears line and gets to next goal

-2nd ball comes in and red clears agains

-3rd ball comes in for black if red can gain possession they attack black

-black clears their line and activity resumes 

Objective:

-LESS service to the same person

-clear ball up and away, push up after clearance or defend 

-good clearance goes over opponents and goal

  -poor clearance or clearances picked up by opponent require defending
