2 A exercise will happen simultaneously as 2 B with the off group.
Box in middle is 10 yards long by 18 yards wide. Each cone out side is 15 yards past. 2 balls can be going at once. One starting on each end. Same pattern. DO 5-7 minutes then go to the left.
Player 1, plays 2, who plays 3 then back to 1 who plays a though ball to 2 and then to 4. Starts over.
Rotation is: 3 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to opposite end of line.
PROGRESS: Add a defender and it is now 3v1. 1 Ball at a time once the defender is added.
DEGRESS: If this is too difficult have player 1 go to opposite side (player 2 station). Then only one ball can be used.

Attacking wide channels with crossing and finishing
Emphasize quick combination play to switch point of attack and attack open channel
4 v 4 with wide targets out side the grid in wide wide channel. Each team attempts to attack to wide channels. Teams must connect with a wide target so as to attack the channel. Once in the channel create a goal scorring opportunity. Once wide player is played he may dribble through the wide gate. Player that passes to wide target must switch withthat player.

Oblong Diamond Movements (15 mins)
3 Phases. switch with only near cone always (red with red, yellow with yellow)
1) Short to near cone then long to far cone. Then the yellows do the same pattern. (Note: once red plays long he switches with the other red).
2) Short, medium, long. Same on the other side. Red still only switches with red and yellow with yellow.
3) Short, Medium, overlap, long. Same on other side. Red still only switches with red and yellow with yellow.
Do for a set amount of time per Progression.
