Four in the middle press with intent and aggressively - if they win the ball they must play out to team who didnt give away possession then they go out and the team that lost possession go in.

(In Possession) - Safest Furthest Pass - Look to split and make distances for the middle team to press
(Out of Possession) Press man on the ball, the other player locks on from the side the ball came from, the other player gets ready to press creating a 3 man press and the other man covers central passes.

Individualise CDM
Can position yourself in a way in which any pass you receive breaks the first line of pressure?
Can you make sure that you can see three corner flags as you make an attempt to receive the ball?
Can you use one-touch turns to position yourself to play forward as often as possible?

BLUES press - If they win the ball and make 4 passes or hit a big cone they can nominate any 3 players to go in.
If REDS give away the ball they must immediately central press (Go in) and look to regain the ball - once regained game continues but the RED who lost possession changes with any BLUE

REDS cant go into square to recieve - if pass is short player who played it goes in - IF red goes in to recieve he goes in for breaking the rule.
