Seacoast Passing Warm Up (15 mins)

Warm Up:

Start 1 - Ball starts in middle (multiple balls working) look to play target outside of circle who open ups either left or right to play a pass across. Receiver of side pass take touch into the circles, drives in and finds a new target to reset. ROTATION: Follow your pass

Progression 2 -  repeat P1 but player who opens and makes side pass (to left/right) who then to overlaps to receive pass again. 

Progression 3 - ball start in middle, look to play target who plays quick wall pass back (short, short) middle player opens up to either left or right player and plays pass (they dictate who the other player overlaps now), middle player overlaps and receives short pass, drives into center to find a new target and resets. 

Encourage players to communicate and be constantly checking shoulder, players on the ball should work on quick decisions making on where the next pass is going and if not on the ball head up scanning to see when pass might come to you.
