Organization: Set up 3 stations as shown, split team into three groups.
Duration: 20 mins
Equipment: Speed ladders, hurdles, cones, pylons, balls
Instructions:
Begin with a team warm up then go into agility stations
Each line starts with 10 toe taps, then ladder/ hurdles, side shuffle around the pylons, 5 tic tocs, sprint from cone to cone. Repeat 5xs and switch stations, each group does each station.
1. High knees, one foot in each square
2. 2 foot hops through hops
3. 2 feet in, 2 feet out alternating
Change the footwork per week going through the hurdles and ladders, add extra balls for dribbling, running.
