Organization:
30Wx44L grid. Two even groups of players: one outside the grid, one inside.
Players outside each have a ball.
Instructions:
Players outside go to every station to practice unooposed ball control.
Players outside have ball in their hand. Instruction by station:
A) Jumping header
B) Volley back with right leg, then left leg
C) Thigh and pass back with inside (left leg and right)
D) Chest & left leg, Chest and right leg
Coaching Points:
On toes to control and impact the ball
Put the ball back to tosser's hands
Field the ball well and adjut feet to compensate for the bounce -to pass back
Progressions:
Bring in pressure of opponent.

Organization:
30Wx40L.
GK working with hands to distribute ball. He is part of the keep away.
Even teams going to end target players.
Instructions:
- 3 teams of even players. If uneven numbers, add a neutral in the middle
- 2 teams on, 1 off as targets - distributed evenly on the end lines as target players. Have for sure one on each end.
- Play for 3 minutes. Rotate teams in.
- The way to score is to pass the ball from one end target to other end target through the middle.
Coaching Points:
Possession vs penetration.
Angles of support. Angles of progression through the midfield.
Quality of first touch (orientation, pace, furthest foot)
Progressions:
- Look for the long switch.
- Play to two touches, neutral to 1.

Organization:
Three even teams. Two of them play soccer tennis. The team waiting practices penalty kicks vs GK.
Instructions:
Soccer Tennis:
At least two players have to touch it before sending the ball over to the other side.
Max of three touches per player to control the ball
No bounces.
Penalty:
Each player takes one shot. Do serveral rounds, until team that looses in soccer tennis comes to take their PKs.
Coaching Points:
Soccer Tennis:
Field the ball well.
Talk to your teammate to decide who is attacking the ball.
Penalty Kick:
Think of the placement before kicking the ball. Do not wait until the last second to decide.

Organization:
Square of 8 x 8W. Five players per square. One player in each side of the square.
Pressure of one opponent is added to the exercise.
Instructions:
No pattern. Game is free.
Keep the ball away from the oponnents in the middle.
When one of the defenders touches it, player that lost it goes in.

Coaching Points:
Be on the toes.
Use furthest foot.
Look at where the space is to find pass
Regression:
The five players out of the grid, keeping ball up.
Progressions:
Rondo, now with ball up.
Coaching point: Defender can only win the ball with his head.
