Players will play 3v1. Each offensive player will be numbered between 1-3. Coach will call out a number. That player has to make a run into corresponding box and recieve the ball. Once recieved, player will play into second grid.
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball into new grid
Run into new grid
Making sure ball that is played in is the correct type of ball.
