Organisation
- 3v1
- To get a point make 10 passes or beat the defender in a 1v1 to get to the opposite side of the square
- If you lose the ball then you become the defender

Coaching points
Attacking
- First touch in the direction you want todraw the defender into
- Keep theball close to you for more control
- Quich change of direction to beat defender- add a fake/faint
Defending
- Pressure the ball but dont over commit
- Body shape to show the attacker away from goal
- Tackling triggers- Bad touch, negative touch, weaker foot, near sideline
Organisation
- Defender serves the ball into the attacker and the defender is allowed to press after the attacker takes their first touch.
- Attacker must try and dribble through the defenders gateto get a point. If the defender wins the ball then they dribble through the gate to score
- Alternate goes
- Play for 2-3 minutes, winner moves up, loser moves down

- Strike the ball with laces for power and instep for accuracy

- Draw defender in to free up team mate
Organisation
- 3 cones set up on the edge of the box where players are equally split into 3 lines with each line having 2/3 balls each
- Ball starts from the far left where the player dribbles out and has a 1v1 with the GK. Afterplay breaks down that player quickly defends in a 1v1 with the middle player and then finally defends in a 2v1 with the player on the far right
- After complete players rotate one cone to their right

Organisation
- Two teams of 2/3 with three bibs per team
- One player from each team goes at one time
- Go in and out of the cones, when you get to the grid you must put your bib down on one of the cones with the aim to get three in a row vertically, horizontally or diagnally
- Once youve put the bib down go back through the cones and high five a team mate for them to go
- If all bibs have been used and theres still not three in a row, pick one up and move it to another cone
