Organization:
-Same grid as warm up
-A first, second and third attacker
Instructions:
-All players start in a straight line
-First attacker rolls ball in one direction
-Second attacker shoots off to right or left side(opposite of first attacker)
-Dummy defender blocks long ball
-Third attacker moves in other direction(Creates Triangle)
-Ball gets played from first to second to third attacker
-Third attacker runs it back and everyone rotates
Coaching Points:
-Player 2 starts in middle looks over shoulder
-Once they get to edge they look over shoulder to see Player 3
-Ball is received on back foot
-Head comes up to make pass
-Player 3 receives on back foot

-Same as last set up
Instructions:
-A Field
-1st attacker moves to one side with ball
-2nd attacker goes opposite 1st, Defender follows
-Third attacker creates triangle
-1st attacker passes to 2nd attacker
-Pass ball on angle back to 1st attacker
-1st attacker then plays ball down to 3rd attacker
Field B
-Now that third attacker has ball it becomes a 2v1
-3rd attacker and 2nd attacker vs 1st attacker
-Dummy defender steps off field
Coaching Points:
Field A
-Check shoulder for defender
-With Defender on back use near foot
-Play ball back with proper angle and weight to 1st attacker
Field B
-Can 2nd attacker us back foot to break defender line or is pass on to score.
Progressions:
-Defender waits for attackers 1st touch
-Add second defender from second attacker
