Two Players per team

Led by Andy, a straight line RAMP warm-up will be sufficient, also the option to add some functional movements into the passing patterns to help prepare the players

Ball played in to centre forward who's joined by two pink attackers who attempt to score in the big goal. after that a ball is played into one of the two wide attackers and they attempt to score in the small goals with a 4v3 overload.
