Red player 1 starts by passing to red player 2 and receiving the ball back. Red player 1 then switches the ball to red player 3, who then looks to set red player 1 for a shot past GK.
Once red player 1 has taken the shot the blue team do the same sequence the other side.
Players must follow their pass to keep the activity flowing.

Defenders (red team) start either side of big goal. They look to pass the ball up to the middle attackers (example numbered 1 - 2 in image). Attacker then brings the ball forward then looks to switch the ball to either side to create the 3 v 2.
Focus is on attackers switching the ball and wide players staying out wide to create the switching opportunity, and score in big goals.
If defenders win the ball they look to break away and score in the mini goals.

Reds play the ball between them in their area and try to switch the play through the central zone to the blue team. When the blue team receive the ball they try to do the same and play through back to the red team.
If the black team intercept the ball then they take the place of the team that gave the ball away.
Move game on by allowing 1 defender to go into the end zone where the ball is to apply pressure to the team trying to play the pass.
Also allow one player from the opposite side the option of going into the central zone to receive the ball and play out to his team as another way to switch the play.
