Start with all players on the ball, using all parts of the foot to dribble to end turn and dribble quick feet through big cones. Encourage lots of touches with quality and control
Progression 1: Players dribbles up to first line performs sharp turn and set themselves up for a pass back. Encourage body shape being bent nice and low to ball to quickly turn from one direction to the other
Progression 2: Same as before but after the play pass back they quickly turn to receive a pass from the higher player. Both players than dribble up to repeat rotation. High players after playing pass run back through outside big cones with quick feet.
Coaching points: body shape - players be low to ball, first touch in front of them, introduction to different turns with balance.

Set Up: 1v1 to goal (AvB), A comes out and shoots on goal #1 then slides across to defend B who is attacking to goal #2 after A shoots. Can only shoot once dribbled into end zone. Progression: Can shoot on either goal. Progession #2: 2v1 to goal
Aim: Attack with speed and confidence. Ball manipulation to get defender off balance. Be creative & brave in thier movement and execute moves. Quicker decision making to attack space in behind.
Coaching Points:1st touch of the attacker to create speed and in which direction,How they build speed to attack a certain goal,Low centre of gravity
Are players creative - what turns do they have? how do they shift the balance of their body if they change direction

Set Up: 3v2 to goal ball must be played to #9 before going to goal. Defender/GK plays ball out to 1 of the 2 attackers, 3rd attacker (#9) starts even with defenders who looks to receive ball from either of the 2 attackers. If defenders gain possession, play into smaller goal out-wide
Aim: creative forward movements, not just straight forward runs, movement of 9 to get in-front of defenders, hold and combine with supporting players to move the ball forward. Getting numbers up to attack as a group. create 2v1 scenerios and find small overloads in the game.
Coaching Points: creating 2v1, passing triangles, attack off balance side, 1 attacker responsible for creating depth
