Player 1 passes to Player 2, who can score by dribbling into either goal.
Player 1 defends as soon as he passes the ball, and can score if he regains the ball.

Organization - Field 1
25x12 yard area
Defenders start with balls on the middles cones, attackers on the far cones.
Once Defender 1 has played diagonally to Attacker 1 and 1v1 is over, Defender 2 plays against Attacker 2 on opposite diagonal.
When your game is over, re-join your line.
Change attackers and defenders every 2 mins.
Coaching Points
Receive with inside of foot, positive 1st touch.
Attack at speed, using correct 1v1 techniques.
2v1: Timing, weight and accuracy of passes.
Shots with laces (through back/middle of ball), into corners.
Progressions
Field 2 - 2v1. Defender plays diagonally to attacker, and 2nd attacker overlaps to makes 2v1.

Players with a ball each
3 Cops try to catch all other robbers by passing ball against other players' feet or ball
When caught, robbers stand with ball above head and legs apart
Other robbers can free them by dribbling through their legs
Change cops every 2 mins
Coaching Points
Using turns to protect ball & get away from cops
Running with ball (using laces) to get away into space
Cops using close dribbling techniques to get close to robbers (not just kicking it from far away)
Progression
When caught - robbers have to dribble to side and do 5 juggles/skills to get back in the field
