Screen 1 (50 mins)

Organization:Use 2 areas of 15x25, cones and nets, poles and hurdles for agility


Duration: 10 minutes at each, water breaks between.


Instructions: Agility set up as shown, progess to dribbling a ball through the course.


Second area, set up 2 square 3x3M and split the group. Players- squirells, run one at a time into the centre and dribble back to their nest with a nut.


Finish with a ssg.
