Organization:
1.40 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2.8 players (2 teams of 4) set up as shown
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.Mark 4 corners for goals
2.The game is for the team in possession to pass the ball into any 4 corner goals
3.A player cannot wait inside the corner, they can only enter when the ball itself is about to enter the corner goal
4.If team is successful in scoring a goal they have to now attack any of the other three goals
5.They may attack the goal they have just scored either by scoring in a different corner or loss of possession
6.No defending team may be allowed to enter the corner goals
Coaching Points:
1.Head up to observe your target
2.Supporting foot is next to the ball, toe pointed at target
3.Weight and accuracy of pass
4.Disguise you pass (Push Pass – Inside, Outside/ Chip/ Lofted/ Driven/ Swerve)
Progressions:
P – Designate only two goals that they can now score in and defend
R – Defenders are only allowed to walk

2.12 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders, 4 Feeders – 2 on each side)
3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1.Teams score points by combining with either of their team’s target players into one of the two pugg goals
2.Ball must go directly to the target player otherwise the ball is out of play
3.Target players are allowed two touches only
4.Target players are not allowed to cross into the field of play nor are defenders allowed to tackle target players
5.Once a goal has been scored play restarts with the conceding team at their goal line
6.Ball is kicked in for a restart

Progressions:
P – Target players are only allowed one touch
P – Two touches for every player
R – Take away restrictions for target players

Warm Up (15 mins)
Organization:
1.40 x 40 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (6 Attackers, 6 Targets)
3.6 Balls
4.12 + cones (These are placed randomly around the area to make mini gates to pass the ball through)
Instructions:
1.Players are paired together one attacker one target player
2.Players move around the area in their pairs
3.Once the pair reaches a gate, the attacker must pass to their target player through the gate
4.After the ball has been received through the gate, the pair switches roles and find another gate to play through
5.Players keep count of the gates the ball is passed through

1.Head up, observe your target
2.Weight and accuracy of pass
Progressions:
P – Can you find a double Gate to get double points
P – Limit to two touch so that the players have to continue to pass moving to the gates
R – Plays stop at the gate before passing the ball on
