Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed. The drills are designed to be fun and competitive.

Organization:
- 15 x 10 or larger depending on size of kids
- Player or Coach plays ball into attacker, first player on each team enters the grid and player with ball looks to score on either net be dribbling past the yellow cones in the scoring zone
Progression:
- Must score in 7 seconds or less
- Add a second game during play
- must use non-dominat foot
Coaching Points:
- Change of direct and Pace
- Different cuts to beat defender / opponent
- Face defender / opponent to take him on
- Creativity / Attacking Mentality

Organization:
- 15 x 10 or larger depending on number of kids
- each player has a ball.
- objective of drill is for player to strike the ball on net and have it hit the back of the net (mesh). They must learn to raise the ball and hit for power and accuracy
Progression:
- opposite foot
Coaching Points:
- look at the ball
- part of foot
- lock ankle
- placement of leading foot

Organization:
- 25 x 25 or larger depending on number of kids
- Split group into pairs. Use cones to create gates about three yards apart.
- Each player takes a turn trying to pass the ball between the gates. A point is awarded each time the ball goes through the gates with out touching a cone. Players keep track of their own points
- Play for 3-4 minutes. Loser does toe-taps.
Progression:
- Make the game easier or tougher by adjust the size of the gates or by adjusting the distance between the two players.
- Make the players perform a wall pass or 2-touch with overlap
- Have the player in the gate turn once he receives the ball and dribble with speed into space.
Coaching Points:
- Head up
- Weight of pass
- Lots of communication (verbal and non-verbal)
- Proper technique of pass

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind
