Warm Up 2

6 v 6 (2 players from each team on the outside holding the ball, 4v4 inside.

4v4 inside the area playing with 1 ball.

Keep ball but can use the outside players.

If red plays to the outside red, they can choose to the play the ball back inside or stop the ball and put their ball down and play leaving the ball that was played into them there and that player who played it in has to take their place on the outside.

That exchange is only considered successful if the player coming in completes a pass.

Play 6 minutes.
