II. Main Activity
Organization:
- Attacking and defending team.
- 2 goals and a target player.
- Soccer balls
Instructions:
- The attacking team tries to connect with #6 for 2 points or score on mini-goals for 1pt.
- Defenders try to recover the ball to the go-to goal.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Speedy of play
- Urgency to go forward
- Quality of pass/touch
- Composure on the ball
- Body shape when receiving (#2, #3, and #6)
- Can we find the open teammate when building up?
- When on possession keep a big shape (width and depth)
- Don’t play into pressure, work to switch play and change direction through use of the goalkeeper or pivot if closed down instead.

III. Conditioned Game
Organization:
- 2 teams of 4 + neutral player
- Neutral acts as #6 for both teams.
Instructions:
- Teams can only have a max of 3 players in their own half.
- After a goal, the scoring team can restart from a goal-kick.
