Organization: 15 by 15 area

Instructions: 1. Each player is numbered 1 through 4.
2. All players must dribble around the area until a number is called.
3. The player who's number is called has to dribble around any of the corner cones and get back to the middle.
4. All other players must follow with the last one back losing a life.
5. Players have 3 lives.
Coaching Points:-head up
-control of the ball
-take bigger touches in open space
Visual Cues:-whosever number is called, begins to dribble towards cone
-positioning of other players
Progressions:P-players can knock each others ball away when racing back to the middle
R-have one player go at a time around corner cone

Organization: two 15 by 15 areas

Instructions: 1. The activity starts with 6 players in each area.
2. Players then attempt to knock out each others ball, while maintaining possession of their own ball.
3. If a player gets knock out of their area, they join the opposite area.
4. If a player ends up in their own area on their own, they are the winner.
Coaching Points:-head up
-close control
-shield when neccessary
-furtherest foot from defender

-position inside square
-position of opponnent/opponnent's ball
Progressions:P-Players that get knocked out, move into next square without a ball

Organization: -40 by 30 area
-5 yard area setup on each side
-10 players(two teams of 5)
-6 balls
Instructions: 1. Players are divided into two teams, and assigned a partner. Players can only challenge their assigned partner.
2. Teams compete to score goals by dribbling and stopping ball in opposing end zone. Play restarts, with defender passing or dribbling from own end zone. Attackers are only allowed in opposing end zone if they have a ball.
3. First team to 10 points win.

Organization:- 4 teams of 3(team 1: Cha Cha, Charlotte, lexi team 2: kate, katt, liz team 3: caroline, bettina, leah, kennedy team 4: ellie, teddy, Olivia)
-two 20 by 20 areas
-1 ball per game( additional on the outside)
Instructions: 1. teams play small sided games
2. if a goal is scored, team that gets scored on; plays ball
3. if ball goes out of bounds, play restarts with a kick-in
4. games will be only 2 minutes long, then rotate teams

Warm-Up (10 mins)
Organization: -30 by 30 area with 8 cones
-12 players(10 attackers, 2 defenders)
-10 balls
Instructions: 1. The defenders have to tag the attackers.
2. The attackers are safe as long as they are on a cone.
3. If another attacker moves to a cone, the attacker already there has to move.
4. Attackers can only be caught when in open area.
5. If a defender tags the attacker, they switch roles.
