Screen 1

CIRCUITS

Work for 1 minute- rest 30 seconds-work for 1 minute- then run a lap

Station 1 - All players have a ball each. Dribble through cones, hurdles, mannequin's and poles

Station 2 - 2x variations of Press ups

Station 3 - Game of connect 4(placing bibs on the cones) forefit for losing team

Station 4 - Game- 3v3 with gk's

Station 5 - Agility work through ladders and mannequins.

Station 6 - 2x variations of sit ups.

Station 7 - Players work in twos. 10 volleys each- 10 passes each- 10 headers each

Station 8 - Sprint - Backwards- Side to side- Sprint.(First minute without a ball. Last minute with a ball)
