Set Up
Numerous grids 2-3 players per grid
GRID 1: RED CONES Cones are set up 10yds x 4 yds
GRID 2: BLUE CONES Cones are off set in a zig zag pattern. Approx 2 yards apart length wise and about 4 yds width wise
GRID 3: WHITE CONES Fast Lane Dribbling Cones are set up 5yds apart length wise up to 25yds long and approx 4 yds wide
GRID 4: BLACK CONES 1st 2 cones set up 2 yds apart abd the top of the drid set a cone 10yds length wise
OBJECTIVE
dribble with various parts of the foot around the cones as quickly, as you can with the ball under control
once you hit the last cone speed dribble back to your line next player will go.
GRID 1: Toe Taps - Tik Tok's - Sole Rolls - Mathews - Scissors - Outside Inside, Outside Inside (R foot only), (L foot only) - (Both Feet) start with R foot, Outside inside use L Foot to Outside Inside, repeat until the end of grid.
GRID 2: go around 1st cone using right foot using inside touch to cut around cone - make small tight touches to next cone, use outside of foot to cut around the cone.continue using that sequence. CUT and explode to next cone,
GRID 3: FAST LANE PART 1. dribble RWB as fast as you can to the end and back (tilt foot slightly inward and tap ball forward with mid to outer part of foot. (tap ball forward player should have 2 strides and then tap ball forward again.)
PART 2 - RWB as fast as you can but every step player should be tapping ball forward.
GRID 4: Dribble towards center cone use a outside cut to circle cone RWB back to the start and use an outside cut to stop ball - use indie cutsto circle cone, RWB back use an outside cut to stop ball.

SET UP
2 groups race against each other
3 per team
set up as many games as possible.
2 disc cones 10yds apart
1 cone 10yds from 2nd disc cone
9 disc cones set up in a tic tac toe game
2 sets of 5 colored pinnies
OBJECTIVE
1. RED 1 makes a 10 yd pass to RED 2
2. RED 2 lays off a pass for RED 1 to run onto
3. RED 1 dribbles (RWB) to pylon circles around cone under control. Leaves ball at that cone.
4. RED 1 sprints to tic tac toe game.
5. RED 1 puts a pinnie on a spot
6. RED 1 sprints back ball at pylon
7. RED 1 passes back to RED 2.
8. RED 2 lays of a pass for RED 1 to run onto
9. RED 1 passes to RED 3
RED 1 takes RED 2 Spot
RED 2 takes RED 3 spot
COACHING POINTS
accuracy with the pass
RWB make sure you are under control but quick.

SET UP
1 field (this shows progressions, but use about little less than half field
2 nets
2 even teams
Balls at each end line ready to be played in.
OBJECTIVE
1. red attacks 1 V 0 takes a shot
2. Blue takes a ball and and attacks the red player that just tyook a shot 1 V 1
-if blue scores red adds another attacker making it a 2 V 1 for red, if red wins the ball and scores blu adds anaother attacker making it a 2 V 1 for blue
3. This pattern continues until all players are on the pitch
1 v 0, 1 v 1, 2 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 2, 3 v 3, 4 v 3, 4 v 4

1. transition from attacking to defending and vice versa
2. 1 v 1 skills
3. ball, support, cover in defending
