Dribbling (10 mins)
Organization: Teams dribble on their half
Duration: 10 minutes prior to game
Instructions:
Everyone dribbles until coach or team leader calls out a body part to stop the ball with, "knee, elbow, foot....". Call out a specific player to shoot on goal while the rest are dribbling.
Toe Taps -The player starts by doing the "soccer pose" and then switches feet. As they get comfortable they can speed up switching feet to the ball.
Tic Tocs - the player taps the ball back and forth between their feet (using the inside of the foot), try to reamin in one spot while doing it.
