Technique - Change of Direction
Split group into four lines
Each player has a ball
Players dribble at the same time and execute a change of direction at the maneuqin then execute a second change of direction at the red cones.
Players should always finish at the opposite side to where they started.
Once they have finished the next person in line starts
Encourage chaos and traffic, pause the drill to give coaching points when players need rest
*Set the angle of cones so players are forced to perform a sharp change of direction
**Set the picture, player in a 1v2 scenario, need to make two changes of direction to escape
Progression:
1) Players change to the left at the mannequin
2) Players change to the right at the mannequin
3) Players can add a feint before changing direction
4) Coach can add a defender in place of the manequin who tries to intercept, if players ball is intercepted they swap places with the defender
*Coach can encourage changes of direction with the inside and outside of foot and Ronaldo cut

Organisation:
Two sets of organisation
Split players into two lines, one player one ball.
Attacker can score in any two goals by dribbling through / scoring from close range
Instructions:
1v1, attacker can score in any goal.
If ball goes out restart from a dribble in.
Note - If attacker scores they then retreat to the halfway line and the next person starts
Progression:
Full flying changes, next person in line starts immediately as soon as a goal is scored.

Setup (2 matches on SSG Pitch number 1 & 2)
3v3 or 4v4
Anchor player limited to the red line
Players can dribble through any of the two goals or score from close range.
Coach is trying to encourage players to find 1v0 and 1v1 situations with quick passes and switches of play.
Progression:
Anchor player can dribble out to create 3v2 when passed to.
Double points if all players touch the ball and then score
*If extra players they can play as neutral
