Dribbling (20 mins)

Session Objective: Dribbling

Organisation:

Part 1: Building on from previous Section, Players now have to run unopposed through a 10 x 10 square in the middle.

It is important that players get their heads up as there will be a lot of traffic in such a tight areas, and use good change of direction skills to get through the middle.

Part 2.

Add a defender to make it opposed, (Rotate every 1 minute)

Team Challenge: Can we pull off one of the skills we worked in the Ball Mastery Warm up

Part Three: Add 2 defenders to make it more difficult. (Rotate every 1 minute)
