Screen 1 (40 mins)

1 vs 1 and learning attacking skills in the middle

Attacker A passes to defender B. B receives and passes back to A.

After pass to A, B will run towards A, trying to go outside his circle (small cones represent circle line).

Once A receives the ball, he will build up speed while carrying the balll and tries to score on small goal (2 large cones) of B.

A wins when he scores on goal B.

Defender B can choose to either score on goal A or carries the ball controlled out of his circle outside the ptich to the side (just defending his circle/goal).

When A scores in goal B he is allowed to take defending position of B (B will leave the pitch and move to row player D to do attacking exercises).

When B wins the game, A will leave the pitch and C will replace A and the exercise repeats.

(A will join exercises in row player D).

When B wins 3 times in a row he will leave the pitch (attacker A will stay and take over position B, even when he lost).

Players at position D will do an attacking exercise (in this example 4x drag right to left with lift through tire, but that can be changed to the experience of players. After doing the exercise he will choose either pitch 1 or 2 to join (depending how many players are in line for both).

Player leaving pitch to take along a ball to exercise D.

Note:

Goal behind the large cones are there to collect balls but are not part of gameplay

Goals:

- using attacking skills (exercises learned) in a 1 vs 1 gameplay

- B needs to approach A before he enters the circle (preventing A push on goal to score).

- B starts fast but will drop speed when getting closer to A (otherwise easy to pass with speed by A).

- B approach players a little bit on the left side, defending on your forehand side

- A needs to use speed or use good attacking move to pass B

- A has to glue the ball to his stick (constant stick on ball) prevent B taking over ball control. Defender B is in advantage can play ball to easy to the side to win.

Optional

When you have a lot of players you can also add scoring on goal before moving to either pitch.
