Two lines of players, quick feet, work on stopping and exploding with speed

Technical Warm-up (20 mins)

Coerver Training (15 minutes)

Organization: Divide players accordingly, 2 lines of players perform Coerver training moves (Inside/Outside R/L, rake R/L, toe touches forward, pull backs, boxers, scissor R outside R, scissor L outside L, speed dribble)

Dribble/Conditioning (15 minutes):

Organization: 20x20 area, every player with a ball

Instruction: Players perform Coerver moves while dribbling, coach calls one player who chooses which flag to run to, remaining players must follow, last player to settle ball back in grid (10 I'm a Stars)

SSG (40 mins)

Organization: 20 x 20 area, two teams - two per team or more if needed in the middle, bumpers on outside, Neutral if needed

Instruction: Teams try to complete 5+ passes using bumpers. If they succeed, one of their teammates from the outside can join them in the middle to create an overload. Outside players cannot pass directly to another outside player - must play to a teammate inside the area, outside players two-touch only, inside players unlimited touches. If depending team wins ball > look to possess ball and play to bumpers and complete 5 passes. Reset if ball is played outside playing area.

Progression: Complete 5 passes to switch w/ outside bumper to come inside the area.

Coaching Points: Head up, movement off ball, work on combination passing from outside to inside, communication.

Finish w/ Scrimmage no restrictions
