1. Area as shown (15 yds to wide cone & 20 yds to vertical cone)

1. Player dribbles to wide cone turns and plays ball back to teammate.
2. After pass players perform dynamic streches
a. Side-side
b. Quick cuts
c. Knee & arm drives
d. Accelarate & Decelarate
Coaching Points: Quick agile game related movements.
