Organization:
1)6 players (3 v 2 with 1 Gk's)
2)1 ball (additonal on the outside)
3) 2 small pug goals on either side of GK
4) 20 by 30 yard area
Instructions:
*Players play small sided 3 v 2 inside grid with Gk's. Players can score on GK or in small sided goals.
Coaching Points:
1) Talk about passing lanes and how to create them
2) Players should provide width & depth(talk about how much, why, and when)
3) Decision making: when to keep possession, when to go forward
4) Talk about movement to support
5) Talk importance of communication

Instructions:
*Players play small sided 3 v 2 with GK. Attacking team shoots on goal with GK and can also score on small counter goals as well. Defending team scores by scoring in main counter goal on opposite side.

Instructions:
*Players play small sided 5 v 5 game, with a restriction that has players put 3 passes together before being able to shoot on goal. Teams must restart passing count from zero, every time they lose possession.
Coaching Points:
1) Anticipating: Talk about thinking 2-3 plays ahead and where to be/when to be there
2) Talk about which foot to play passess into and why
3) Decision making; when to keep posssesion/when to go forward
4) Spacing: width/ depth-making field as wide and long as possible
5) Support-Talk about passing lanes and how to create them
6) Weight & accuracy of passes

*This session talks about spacing & support, which is essential to group possession. Dictated towards travel players, but can be used towards rec players as well. Technical breakdowns of passing techniques can be discussed as well.
Organization:
1) 6 players (2 neutrals, 4 field players: 2 v 2)
2) 1 ball per grid (additonal on the outside)
3) 20 by 20 area
Instructions:
*Players play 2 v 2 inside grid with scoring points by playing into target players on either end on outside of grid. Target players play back to same team to keep possession. Once you score into target player on one side, you must now play to opposite side. Players can play back to target players to keep possession.
Coaching Points:
1) Weight, Accuracy, speed of passes
2) 1st Option should be forward
3) Decision Making
4) Width & Depth
5) Good Support
