Set-up:
Ladders with a start cone a few yards away, and a cone 10 yards off the end of each ladder. Even lines at each start cone.
Description:
Each player make their way through the ladders and sprints off the ladder to the end cone then jogs back to the start. Change footwork through the ladders every few reps.
Progressions:
1. Footwork practice.

Set-up:
Diagonal cones 6 yards apart. 1 players on each cone, the rest on the start cone. Balls with the players on the start cone.
Description:
Players work the ball diagonally from the start cone to the far end cone. Once there the end player plays back to start cone. After each player passes they follow there pass to the next cone.
Progression:
1. Receive across body, 2 touch.
2. 1 touch, double pass
3. 1 touch, 1-2
4. In, back, long

Set-up:
Circle with diameter of 10yards, 2 same color pinnies, 1 ball in play, extra balls around circle.
Description:
Rondo possession drill in circle shape with 2 defenders. Outside players pass ball between each other, keeping it away from 2 defenders. If defender wins the ball, both defenders switch with person who lost the ball and the person who passed it to them.

1. 2 touch

Set-up:
20 yards wide by 30 yards long field, with pug goals in the center of each end line. Balls behind each goals. Pinnies.
Description:
5v5 games to pug goals. 7 minutes each game.
