Organization:

Instructions:
-Players dribble towards the cone directly in front of them, cut inside and through gate.
-Once player is clear of the cones look to finish on goal in corners
-Next player in line should go once the previous players shoots
Coaching Points:
-Cutting inside of the cone (defender)
-Keeping your body between the cone and the ball
-Finish with a pass into lower corners
Progressions:
-Turn into competition, add keepers
-Goals in corners are worth 2 points, goals down the middle worth 1 point
-5 Minutes switch sides
-Team with most points after two rounds wins

Instructions:
-Player A must play a pass to player B
-Pass from player B must pass the blue cone
-Player B looks to go to goal
-Player A must pursue player B but has to run around the yellow cone first
-Play stops if attacker shoots or defender disposes attacker
Coaching Points:
-Ronaldo touches
-Cutting defender off from recovery run
-Keeping body between the ball and the defender
-Composure in front of goal with pressure
-Using hips and eyes to dictate keeper position
Progressions:
-(Beginner Progression) Start without a ball and have players race to a cone
-Look to see if players naturally try to cut off recovering defender
-Add ball and go to goal

-Players play keep away in one half
-When team completes designated number of passes (2,3,4,5), play a through ball to a teammate
-Players goes to goal one on one with keeper
-No other player is allowed to enter into half

-Finish to corners

-Add in recovery defender
-Once attacker takes a touch in the open half defender can join and defend

FOOTSKILLS WARM-UP (15 mins)
Organization:
- 30x25 yard area
- Each player with a ball
Instructions:
- Players dribble around inside designated area
- On coach's command, execute foot skill that coorelates with number given;
FOOT SKILLS
1. Toe Taps x10
2. Boxes x10
3. Sole Rolls Left, 5 sole rolls Right
4. Outside, Inside, Outside, Inside
5. 10 Push Pulls (Push with RIGHT laces forward, pull back with RIght sole, Push with LEFT laces forward, pull back with Left sole)
6. V MOVE
7. Triangles – tap forward with your right foot, pull back towards you with the sole of your left foot, then tap towards your right foot with the inside of your left. Repeat starting with opposite foot.
8. Sole Pull, Instep Push (Xs) x10
9. Pull + Roll Behind (L-turn) x10
