Organization:
- 20x20.

- Puggs set back from endlines
Instructions:
- Defender (1) passes to attacker (2) who dribbles at speed to beat defender or can use Bumper to combine.
- Defender is not allowed to toe poke and must delay by forcing attacker to change direction.
- Can win the ball after forcing attacker to change direction or pass to bumper.
- Rotate defender to attacker to Bumper = 1 to 2 to 3
- Pt to whoever gets the goal.
- Promote / Relegate 3 players up to Side A down to Side B.
- 3 rounds x 4 min.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Technique to close space: Fast! Slow! Low!
- Side on and low centre of gravity
- Patience to force error with pressure, no crazy challenges/kicking for the ball
- Who / what is the role of the 1st defender?
Regressions/Progressions:
-Pt. to defender for delaying for 5 seconds, pt. to attacker for goal.
-Play to 3, low scores on side A move to B, high scores on side B move to A.

Intro. (20 mins)
Organisation:
- 20x20 yd area,
- A ball per player except for 2 defenders
- 75 second rounds, 6 rounds so each player defends
Instructions:
- Players dribble from end zone to end zone while performing different ball mastery exercises and moves to beat defender.
- Defenders cannot win the ball, can only force attackers to turn.
- Defender gets a point for making an attacker change direction twice (this is meant to reinforce side on body position, low center of gravity, and patience to force error vs a rash challenge that makes them easy to beat)
