Player A starts the game and gets a point for getting through a gate - doesn't matter which one.

Player C begins when Player B gets through a gate or is tagged., Player B must immediatly recover to defened
Keep alternating - first team to ten points wins.
Coaching Points(when, how, why):
• Moment of transition
• When to change direction (notice position of defender-where is their momentum taking them)
• How to change direction-short choppy steps to change direction quickly
• Use of body shape/angle to fake/feint
• Why to change pace-Accelerate after the change of direction, ensuring success of next action
• If using pinnies-Can we protect the pinnie, by using our body shape or position of body relative to the defender
Progressions:
P-Pinnies in shorts, taggers must pull the attackers pinnie to tag them.
