Player A passes to B and to C
When player C stops the ball A&B must sprint to pressure it
C will try to beat both player to end line and if he does will get 4 points and if A&B wins it dribble to end line will get 2 points each
Rotation:A-B-C

Instructions
A pass to B and is live upon serving the ball
C and D are live on B touch
B&D try to score to goal 1 point and A&C counter to end line if wins it (2 points)
The immediate pressure must be quick and controlled into the ball
Immediate pressure should direct the play to a smaller space or into the cover defender
Cover defender must communicate, read the body of teammate, be aware of player not on the ball and CLOSE to an effective distance
If first defender is beaten the second defender must be ready to step up and roles exchange
Objectif: Isolating the player on the ball to create 1v2

Players should read the cue of the first defender and communicate well for better success
Pressure, Cover, Balance are all to be reinforced
When and where to pressure as a unit can depend on the opponent's first touch, area of the field, effective support, score etc

Instructions
Session begin to 1v1 race game with attacker white using channel as slalom, moving defender blue left-right. When attacker breaks beyond the shade it area he can race to either blue or red gate while defender tries to tag them.
If attacker get to any gate get 1 point but if defender tag them they will get 2. Keep score
Coaching Points:
Prepare body for activity - Increase H.R. and R.O.M
Relate changing of hips/feet to the game.
Light on feet - React quickly.
