Dribbling races to score in mini goals (20 mins).
Field set up:
2 lanes, cones 6 steps apart.
2 teams, split according to video.
1) Coach calls "GO" the front player from each line dribbles through the cones.
2) Once the players are past the last red cone they can pass the ball into the mini goal.
3) The player who's ball goes in the goal first wins.
4) As soon as the players have shot the coach call "GO" for the next in line.
Progressions:
1) Left foot dribbling only.
2) Perform a full circle around each cone before progressing to the next.
3) Perform a specific movement at each cone.

Small sided game: (20 mins)
Two teams on, one team off/resting (numbers dependant).
Feild set up:
24 steps wide.
36 steps long.
3 different colour teams, split according to video.
Three minute games.
1) Balls will always start from the goal.
2) When a team scores, the player who scored the goal (yellow) must run around the goal before returning to play.
3) As the yellow player runs around the goal, the blue team must quickly get a ball from their goal and try and score down the other end.
Note: This promotes 1v1 & Overload situations.
Attackers need to be driving (dribbling) with the ball at defenders.

Relay races
Relay races (20 mins)
Field set up:
Cones placed 5 steps apart.
3 teams, split according to video.
1) Coach says "GO"
2) The first player of each line dribbles the ball around the outside of each cone.
3) Once the players have rounded they final cone they sprint back to stop their ball on the line with control.
4) The first player to stop their ball on the line wins.
Progression 1:
Players will make a circle around each cone with the inside/outside of their foot before proceeding to the next cone.
Progression 2:
Players will perform different movements at each cone (step-over, V turn, L turn).
