Screen 1 (25 mins)
PART 1..... Basic part of the drill to get used to the area and the sequence of passes. Starting from either end (Start points A&B) the first players pass into the middle men and follow the ball until they are in that position, the middle man then with a maximum 2 touches passes out to the next point on the sequence and follows the the ball until they are in the next position ready to recieve. The outer man on each position steps into the recieving position once player in front moves to the next point. This cycle continues until everybody is back into their original starting positions,
Organisation. Area set up using either Cones, Poles or Mannaquins. Max 16 Players Min 8 Players. Min 2 balls required. Spare balls nearby.
PART 2... Second part of the drill is more technical but follows the same sequence of passing around the area. The drill starts from the same starting points (A&B) with a pass into the middle man he now sets the ball back playing a 1-2 with the starting man whilst moving around the pole, cone or mannaquin before passing the ball to the man in the next position . This sequence is continued around all positions until players are back at their original starting position.
