Play 6v6, Blue team (Defending) play 3-2-1 and Red team (Attacking) play 2-3-1 including 2 wide players so essentially 8v6.
Explanation
Coach to work with Blue team only and the principles of how to stop the switch of play. If Blue team win the ball then they have 7 seconds to pass the ball through the 2 coned goals in corner of opposing half of the pitch.
Red Team in possession have to switch play using outside players before moving the ball in to next box.
