Warm-up: Set up several lines with 5 to 6 cones staggered approximately 3 yards apart. Players perform multiple turns using both feet. Inside Cut, Outside Cut, Rollover, etc.

1v1 Attacking- Unopposed
Players dribble and attack cones, then take a shot on goal. Rotate lines after each attack.
Coaching Points:
Stress keeping ball close to feet
Head up for awareness
Use of moves to beat defender
Positive first touch to attack
Use body to fake defender

1v1 Attacking Opposed
1. Red team starts attacking first on both games
2. Red players must dribble towards defender and attempt to beat with off the dribble
3. Blue players must attempt to win the ball while protecting gates
4. If blue player wins the ball roles are switched instantly and Blue team will attempt to score
5. Players receive a point if they dribble with control through gates
6. After 1 minute blue becomes the attacking team and red defends
Coaching Points:
1. Dribble at players at speed
2. Timing of move (ex:Feint-Single scissors, inside and out)
3. Change of speed (accelaration) while still keeping control of the ball

Scrimmage:
6v6. Set requirements or restrictions of ball mastery activities that were taught previously. Make freezes when necessary and make coaching points on ball mastery technique and positioning. Encouragement of trial and error. Practice crossing and finishing.
